Overview

We want you to feel confident when shopping with VERIDIA. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
  • The item must include its original packaging and any accessories received with it.
  • A receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase is required.
  • The return must be authorized by VERIDIA before it is shipped.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first, and do not send any product back to the manufacturer.

Natural Stone Variations

VERIDIA jewelry is made with natural crystals and stones. Differences in color, texture, translucency, inclusions, and pattern are part of their natural character and make every piece distinctive.

These natural variations are not considered defects. However, this does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized, customized, or specially altered jewelry
  • Items marked “Final Sale” before purchase
  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage
  • Items returned without their original packaging or essential components

Sale items remain eligible for return unless they were clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, VERIDIA will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return:

  2. Tell us which item you would like to return and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Send the return using a trackable shipping service.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other delivery-related fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. VERIDIA cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged before reaching the designated return location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

VERIDIA reserves the right to reduce or refuse a refund if an item is returned worn, damaged, incomplete, or in a condition that does not meet the eligibility requirements, subject to applicable law.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund:

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the preferred item.

Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the standard return procedure.
