VERIDIA carefully prepares and ships each order to help ensure your jewelry arrives safely. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery estimates, tracking, customs responsibilities, and what to do if a package is delayed, lost, or damaged.

Shipping Destinations

VERIDIA offers shipping to the destinations available during checkout.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, local regulations, carrier restrictions, and product availability. If we are unable to ship an order to your location, we will contact you and issue an appropriate refund.

Order Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing time includes order verification, product inspection, careful packaging, and preparation for shipment.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during promotional periods, holidays, or periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Rates

VERIDIA currently provides complimentary standard shipping on eligible orders unless a different shipping charge is clearly displayed during checkout.

Any available expedited or alternative delivery options, together with their costs, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping service, customs procedures, local carrier operations, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

The estimated delivery timeframe shown during checkout or in your shipping confirmation is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

International orders may take longer to arrive because of customs clearance or local delivery procedures.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing available tracking information.

Tracking information may require 24–72 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Address Changes and Incorrect Addresses

VERIDIA is not responsible for delivery delays, failed delivery, or lost packages caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect it, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless these charges are clearly shown as included during checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

VERIDIA does not control customs charges and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary by country, so customers should contact their local customs authority for additional information before ordering.

Customs processing may delay delivery. Such delays are outside VERIDIA’s control.

Delayed Packages

Occasional delays may occur because of customs clearance, severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

We will review the available tracking information and assist you in contacting the carrier where appropriate.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
  • Check around the delivery location, mailbox, reception area, or building entrance.
  • Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff whether they accepted the package.
  • Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before final delivery.

Lost Packages

A package is considered lost only after the carrier confirms that it cannot be located or after the applicable carrier investigation has been completed.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, VERIDIA will review the order and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

VERIDIA is not responsible for packages lost after confirmed delivery to the address provided by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged Packages or Products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the external and internal packaging
  • A photograph of the shipping label

Keep all packaging until your claim has been reviewed. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Multiple Shipments

Items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately because of availability or fulfillment requirements.

When this occurs, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number. You will not be charged additional standard shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Order Cancellations
